Latest information from Scottish Rugby:

The build-up to the concert involves various items, from the initial pitch covering, through to rehearsals and the concert itself. With Oasis playing on Friday 8, Saturday 9 and Tuesday 12 August, attention then turns to AC/DC, who will close the year's concerts at the stadium on Thursday 21 August.

It is worth noting that between 13 and 20 August, there will be activity around the campus by way of a concert 'changeover' between acts, but this is expected to be minimal.

All concerts have a noise curfew of 10:45pm, which means that by that time, the acts will definitively be off stage as their concert will have finished. Note that for stadium egress, floodlights will remain on until such time as they are safe to turn off.

Road Closures

As is the norm with any major event, some roads will be subject to closure during key times, in order to protect both concert-goers and the local community. These include soft closures that are staffed and will allow residents access to their properties. To access the Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (TTRO) for this concert, you can visit this link which is now live: https://tinyurl.com/4ts4uk6p

Lothian Buses

There is a Lothian Buses-specific Oasis page which has a link to their service updates page, showing live time any bus diversions in place - we would encourage everyone to check this in advance of travel to stay fully up to date with the latest service information: https://www.lothianbuses.com/news/2025/07/oasis/

Additonally, and following residents' feedback at last week's meeting, which we forwarded, Lothian Buses will trial a drop-off stop halfway along Ravelston Dykes, for the purposes of these concerts, and will assess its success post-concert season.

Use of Roseburn Park

For AC/DC only, temporary queuing lanes will be installed on the area closest to Murrayfield Ice Arena, to accommodate ticket holders heading to the front standing area during the show. As with Oasis, additional toilet facilities will be installed also, for use by these fans and anyone else passing through the area. We will also provdie additional Portaloos on the approach to/from the Haymarket area to/from Scottish Gas Murrayfield.

Feedback

Should you have any issues on match days, you can email through the normal channel. The below feedback form will be live on the day of the concert itself, and will be monitored from 1pm until midnight. You can access it via this link: https://ask.scottishrugby.org/hc/en-gb/requests/new?ticket_form_id=12353436990492

In addition, the Residents Hotline (Tel: 0131 346 5225) will be active during the same times on concert days. You can call us with any issues you encounter and we will direct your query to the appropriate authority in the stadium's Control Room. If you have any issues/concerns, please contact us on the day. And of course, in a genunine emergency, you should always call 999.

Finally, the WhatsApp channel through which we deliver real-time information on road closures, in particular the A8 corridor, will also be active and you can add yourself to the group by visiting this link: https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029Vaa5ttmHwXbKVA2Drz29
