The Robbie Williams concert on 31 May 2025 will result in local parking restrictions and road closures. Documents showing these can be downloaded here:
Scottish Rugby have provided some local resident event and contact information as follows:
The build-up to the concert involves various items, from the initial pitch covering, through to rehearsals and the concert itself. The dates and times for the concert build are as follows:
Tue 20 May to Tues 27 May: working hours 7am to 8pm
Wed 21 May: Pitch cover begins (runs through to Friday 23 May)
Sat 24 May: Steel load in begins along with stage build (to be complete Tue 27 May)
Wed 28 May to Fri 30 May: working hours from 7am
Tue 27 May: Truck arrivals in evening and possibly throughout the night - trucks will be parked up, and there will be no unloading/build during the night.
Wed 28 May: Production load in inc. sound equipment, lights & screens. Possible sound checks from 10am to 10pm. Lighting checks may continue until 3am - restricted to in-bowl concert lighting.
Thu 29 May: Sound checks possible throughout the day (10am to 8pm). First full show run through (8pm to 10pm) and then final lighting checks (until 3am if required) - restricted to in-bowl concert lighting.
Fri 30 May: Sound checks possible throughout the day (10am to 8pm). Second full show run through (8pm to 10pm) and then final lighting checks (until 3am if required) - restricted to in-bowl concert lighting.
Sat 31 May: Show Day Noise curfew is 10:45pm. Production load out will begin once stadium is clear and continue throughout the night.
Sun 01 June: Load out of equipment begins. Expectation is that the tour will be completely clear of the venue by Friday 6 June.

In addition, the Residents Hotline (0131 346 5225) will be active during the same times on concert day. You can call us with any issues you encounter and we will direct your query to the appropriate authority in the stadium's Control Room. If you have any issues/concerns, please contact us on the day.
