The City of Edinburgh Council's Transport and Environment Committee (TEC) on 13 November 2025 approved the start of a Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) process to create permit parking in Roseburn. The plan to scale back pre-TRO consultation has been debated. You can download an extract from the TEC's papers for the results of parking surveys here.
