Contact Details

  • As trialled during the Guinness Six Nations and concert season, our feedback form gives you a direct opportunity to contact those in the stadium’s command post so that we can act if appropriate. The feedback form will be live on matchdays from 10:30am (England) and 12 noon (France) and you can access it here:

  • The residents’ hotline will also be operational on game day, three hours before kick-off and two hours after full-time. This number is 0131 346 5225.

  • Finally, the WhatsApp trial that was used initially for the Taylor Swift concerts in 2024, whereby those who have agreed to get notifications about closures in real time, chiefly for the A8 corridor, will once more be active on match days.
